"Amongst the Wild Things" is a collection of sterling silver jewellery inspired by native Australian botanics, capturing the natural cycle of growth and decay. Reflecting the transient nature of life, it serves as a reminder that all moments are fleeting, deserving of presence and gratitude. Rooted in Buddhist philosophy, the collection explores how suffering arises from our attachment to permanence in a constantly changing world.

This work is also a tribute to my father, Phil Byth, who passed away in July 2024. Our shared love for the Australian bush, with adventures amongst the wild flora, shaped the spirit of this collection. He taught me to appreciate the beauty of each moment, and these pieces honour that lesson. Through this collection, I celebrate his legacy and our connection to the landscape, offering a reminder that beauty lies within each fleeting moment.
