Return to Mother speaks to the transition between life and death as a moment of cyclical renewal. In this space, our bodies are given back to the earth and our souls are returned to the Mother. It is not an ending but a return to a continuum- a recycling of form and spirit.

At the end of our journeys, we are gently collected by those who loved us, guided homeward to a place that feels familiar. We are then, once again, reunited in her warm embrace.

Daisy works with a mix of painting and textiles, drawing inspiration from human biology. Her works offer a tactile experience where various textures are used to explore processes of growth and decay. At the heart of her works, she aims to highlight the body as a storyteller and vessel of our history.
