About

“The dandelion is an annoying weed. It is always unwelcome and unwanted, so people try to pull it out of their garden beds. But it never disappears, it always grows back.” – A Korean mother

Dandelion, something common, nothing special nor distinctive. It is a metaphor for myself, my family and experience of transnational displacement. Through Dandelion, I have visualised a metaphysical in-betweenness, seeking for an ultimate answer to “who am I?”
